Bioform Movement Lab Presents - Dance Dynamics

Cultivating the experimental movement and dance community in North Devon.

Fusing a combination of different movement approaches that creates an immersive space for our bodies to come alive and creativity and freedom to flow.

This 2.5 hour workshop is in 2 parts.

1st - Contemporary dance choreography to a energic jungle playlist. This is fun active class with focus on learning a sequence and dancing with inner power and expression.

£10 Alone (£18 for both)

(20 min break)

2nd session - Going inward. After the explosive energy of the 1st class this is your chance to listen to how the body has moved and respond to its needs perhaps finding another quality to your movement vocabulary. With elements of improvisation and free flow to end. - Expect a much slower paced, meditative class here!
