Hi, I’m Miranda

My approach to helping clients is centered on relieving discomfort and restoring balance within the body. Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to the individual’s unique needs, recognizing that the body is in a constant state of change. This dynamic process evolves with every treatment, ensuring each session remains responsive and relevant.

At 18, I studied alongside with the Merce Cunningham Dance Company on their international programme in New York City. I hold a BA (Hons) in Drama and Theatre Arts from Goldsmiths, University of London, as well as advanced certifications in soft tissue therapy and myofascial release from various institutions across the UK. I am also a certified BASI Pilates instructor. Over the years, I’ve developed a broad range of therapeutic techniques, deepening my understanding of the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit.

Currently, I live in the wilds of North Devon, working from clinics and teaching Pilates in Bideford and Barnstaple.

Movement continues to be a vital part of my life. I understand the challenges that come with returning to movement after a period of inactivity. I offer mat-based Pilates sessions as a BASI-trained instructor and am currently training with Karin Gurtner in FAMO fascia movement. This evolving approach is gradually being integrated into my classes and treatments to provide a more holistic movement experience.

I’m passionate about supporting well-being through bodywork, massage, and nature-based practices, and I’m committed to being a part of your wellness journey.
