Hi, I'm Miranda

I offer massage, bodywork and Pilates tailored to you — responsive to what your body needs on the day, combining hands-on therapy and movement practice to support ease, adaptability and wellbeing.

My background began in dance, training in New York alongside the Merce Cunningham Company before studying choreography in the UK. I taught dance and movement for 15 years, and that time shaped how I see the body — always in motion, always adapting. It led me into massage therapy, and a deep interest in the patterns our bodies hold and how movement, mind and body connect.

That curiosity has since taken me into Biodynamic Massage, a somatic and psychotherapeutic form of hands-on therapy, and into Pilates and fascia-focused movement as a natural meeting point for my love of massage and my love of movement. I am certified in Pilates Matwork with BASI and in FAMO fascial movement with Art of Motion Academy, and I'm currently completing further training and offering 1-1 sessions across the full Pilates system in a fully equipped Pilates studio in the heart of Exeter — working across mat, reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac and Tower.

I have over a decade of experience working with a wide range of people and conditions, including MS, mobility restrictions, and end of life and dementia care, and I currently work alongside Osteopaths and Acupuncturists supporting clients through integrated care.

Based in North Devon, I work from local clinics and teach Pilates in Bideford, Appledore, Exeter and online.
