I work with bodywork and movement in a way that’s tailored to you and responsive to how you’re feeling on the day.
My background is in dance and performance. I trained in New York alongside the Merce Cunningham Dance Company and at Movement Research, where I was introduced to Feldenkrais and the Alexander Technique. Back in the UK, I studied choreography at Dartington and completed a BA (Hons) at Goldsmiths. My work has been shown at Camberwell Arts Festival, Barnstaple Fringe, and Inspire Dance Festival (The Plough), and I co-founded the female wrestling group The UNPC, touring festivals across the UK, Germany and Italy.
I’m a certified BASI Pilates instructor with advanced training in soft tissue therapy and myofascial release. Based in North Devon, I work from local clinics and teach mat Pilates in Bideford, Appledore and online. I’m currently training in FAMO movement, and I’m also a comprehensive Pilates student, planning to offer apparatus-based sessions towards the end of 2026.
