Hi, I’m Miranda
My approach focuses on relieving discomfort and restoring balance through intuitive, tailored sessions that respond to each client’s changing needs.
At 18, I trained alongside the Merce Cunningham Dance Company on their international program in New York City and later earned a BA (Hons) in Drama and Theatre Arts from Goldsmiths, University of London. I hold advanced certifications in soft tissue therapy and myofascial release, and I’m a certified BASI Pilates instructor.
Based in North Devon, I work from local clinics and teach Pilates in Bideford, Appledore and online.
Movement remains central to my life and practice, and I understand the challenges of returning to it after time away. I offer mat-based Pilates sessions and am currently training in FAMO fascia movement with Karin Gurtner, integrating this evolving method into my classes and treatments.
I’m passionate about supporting well-being through bodywork, massage, and movement, helping each person find ease and balance in their body.
