My approach to helping clients centres around providing relief from discomfort and facilitating a return to balance within their bodies. I approach each session with a high level of intuition, tailoring the experience to meet the unique needs of each individual. This process is not static; it evolves with every session, recognising that the body is in a constant state of change.
My training as a dancer inspired my interest in the moving body and my path seamlessly transitioned to the field of massage, soft tissue therapy and later Biodynamic massage practice and advanced myofascial release.
As a registered Biodynamic body based Practitioner and nature-based facilitator, I integrate a variety of techniques into my treatments. These include myofascial release, bio tuning, trigger point therapy, acupressure, and lymphatic drainage.
Currently residing in the wilds of North Devon, I operate from clinics during the week and am available for retreats upon request.
Movement is a very important part of my life. I have experienced the lack of movement and the joy of having regularly practice and know how challenging it can be to start that conversation with the body again after a period of reduced practice which is why I offer movement and dance based workshops for those who are interested in exploring another approach to working and exploring the joy of their own bodies.
I am honoured to be a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and the Nature Health and Wellbeing (NHP). My primary focus is on supporting your well-being through massage and bodywork, and I am eager to contribute to your wellness journey.
