Hi, I’m Miranda
I offer massage and bodywork that is tailored to you and responsive to what your body needs on the day, combining hands-on therapy with movement awareness to support ease, adaptability and overall wellbeing.
My background began in dance and performance, training in New York alongside the Merce Cunningham Company before later studying choreography and dance in the UK. This eventually led me into remedial and advanced massage training, where I developed a strong interest in rehabilitation, chronic pain and the relationship between movement and the body.
I now have over a decade of experience working with a wide range of people and conditions, including MS, mobility restrictions, end of life and dementia care, and currently work alongside Osteopaths and Acupuncturists supporting clients through integrated care.
Based in North Devon, I work from local clinics and teach Pilates in Bideford, Appledore and online.
